About me

The Gold Queen is my nickname. I’m the girl who writes TGQ on a daily basis. I’m 37 and I live in Cambridge in the UK with my young family.

I’ve been playing World of Warcraft since late 2005, and still have the same main, a night elf feral druid. I raided for a long time, but this year I’ve given in to life’s priorities, and taken a step back to a casual player. I get my kicks from making a lot of gold in the Auction House. My mates on my server kept asking me to make a website or write a book about how to make gold, so here it is!

TGQ is supported from my wallet, with help from my affiliate links to the pro-guides, and from the personal coaching program I run. I have a degree in business, and I’m a member of the Writers Bureau and the International Webmasters Association.

I’m proud to be a member of a raiding guild on a EU server. After 5years+ of playing WoW I know a lot about making gold and different tricks, addons and techniques. However, we are all still learning, and if I don’t know the answer to your question, I bet I know where to find the answer!
