When should I sell my Christmas Pets?

Hello! I just bought your Teen Gold Guide and Pet Shop Guide and LOVE them.
Especially the Pet Shop one, because recently, on my alt someone invited me to a guild, and then the guild master left since I guess he didn’t want it so I was stuck with it. And I just had a “whatever” attitude. But then, I bought your Pet Shop guide and read about using guild storage for storing pets. So, I checked the guild storage, not only were there already 3 tabs paid for, but I also found 21 Red Helper Boxes, 25 Green Helper Boxes, 12 Jingling Bells, and 10 Snowman Kits!!
If it weren’t for your guide I would have never known of these or even had the knowledge of what they’re worth!
So, a question I have is, when would be the best time to sell these? Would it be the beginning of Winter Veil? Now? Etc.
I actually love the Teen one equally to the Pet Shop being a teen and all, but I had to share my Pet Shop story. 😀 Thanks so much for that teen guide! It’ll really help me since I am in school now.

How lucky were you! Finding all those Christmas pets in the free guild bank!
When is the best time to sell them? From personal experience, this will be over the weekend. Put one or two of each on your auction house, at the start of Saturday morning, and keep an eye on them. If they aren’t sold in an hour or two, start barking them on trade chat “WTS [item][item]”. Don’t include the price. If someone wants to buy the item, then they will whisper you and ask you for the price. If you *do* include the price, then the ears of the other gold gamers will prick up and wonder if that item (the Christmas pets) is worth selling, whether there is a profit from buying low, selling high.
Keep going, sell what you can, then STOP on Monday. Let the perceived rarity build up over the working week, and repeat it again on the next Saturday. You will get more gold from selling frivolous vanity items over the weekend.

Good thinking! I never bark, I’m too lazy. I used to have a macro asking for gems for certain prices and to please COD them (which was rather successful) back in Wrath but that’s all. But I like your thinking 🙂
