Get to Pandaria by taking the portal in Stormwind or Orgrimmar and then fly to Valley of the Four Winds
Bring a character level 95+ with AOE abilities.
I used my moonkin with Starfall and Glyph of Untamed Stars

REMINDER
Don’t buy your potions of luck. Make them.
Move from herd to herd of goats, AoEing them down in your favourite style. If you happen to run out of goats, or face competition, hop across to another server with the Cross Realm Assist or Server Hop addons. Hurray for AoE looting and looterangs. If you don’t have an engineer, or an engineering building in your garrison, you can grab a looterang from the auction house.

Hunters: Misdirect macro for your pet: /cast [@pet] Misdirection. Approach group, hit macro, multishot or that volley replacement. Loot/skin. Profit. On to next group! Hozen occasionally wander in, they drop quickly and are another source of cloth.
Intestines drop regularly for skinners, too – usually 1g per, plus trash item, sometimes a green. I have a weakness for going back to old content, you see.
