Farming Felblight
New item that drops from Tanaan Jungle
Gathered by Fishing, Mining, Herbalism, and Skinning.
You will use this to upgrade all crafted gear from 685 to 700, (30 Felblight) and finally from 700 to 715 (60 more Felblight)
Also takes 15 Felblight per epic gem craft.

I had a few hours in Tanaan yesterday when patch 6.2 was released, first live on twitch.tv Livestream, and then quietly on my afterwards. I did quite well with fishing.
Fishing
Area is far north west of Jungle, a lake surrounding a near-island peninsula. The peninsula houses a rare (don’t be over-confident that his HP appears low, he’s still not easy to solo, especially if all the adds get involved) and the Epic Gem apexis gemcutter which you need to rescue. Around the lake there are plenty of easy areas to stand and fish but if you want to avoid mobs, use your fishing raft. Get here by riding through Ruins of Kra’nak.
Felblight does drop from the Hellfire Citadel moat, but the sludge can be deadly, and the routes up and down the landscape bumps can be irritating when coupled with angry mobs nearby. Save farming here for when patch 6.2.x drops with your new Draenor Flight ability.
Skinning
Zorammarsh
I recommend a mid-high geared boomkin with starfall running around murdering the local wildlife while a friend loots and skins.
Or: similar to the saberstalker rep farm, go in a group and share the drops.
Mining
Fel Forge – there are also orcs here to kill and loot, but they don’t drop Felblight.
Withered Herb
Herbalism
I dont have my herbalist in Tanaan yet! I read that Zorammarsh is a good place for herbing, but there are very few withered herbs showing up on the map there. Try The Fel Forge and North of Vol’mar and let me know how you get on?

hello again 🙂 i only have 3 alts, 2 in the same realm (allies) and 1 in another realm (horde). this is what i got from a week of doing only garrison misions (i have inn/tavern level 3 on all those characters)
ally 1: 6780 (+100) gold
ally 2: 4885 (+560) gold
horde: 5925 (+350) gold
that was over a week (7 days, from reset to reset) and considers only garrison follower misión gold. the number in the () is the gold i lost for not having 100% chance in that misión so i had to send it with 1 less treasure hunter. i hope this data help 😀 and i hope your answer. right now i am doing something like that, recording every misión again, but also taking note of how much i get from treasure misions (tavern 3) because right now i dont know whats better between inn/tavern3, barn, trading post 🙁 also dont know if its worth to have salvage yard after the nerf 🙁

Here is the list and the prices that I have got for them. Once you see these you will know that despite the nerf, the salvage yard crates are worth a lot of gold. But only if you make the best use of the greenies. Friends don’t let friends vendor greens.

hi 😀 sorry to ask you here gold queen 😀 but how much gold do u think u can make on a garrison with level 3 inn and lots of treasure hunters per day? i read something about a diminishing returns the more alts you have, what can you tell me about that? thanks 😀

Garrison missions were nerfed, however, it sounds like there are a set number of gold missions per week per account, and after that then the number of gold missions spawning are diminishing.
That said, if you have 10 lvl 3 garrisons, you will get more gold than if you have 5 garrison, just not as much as 2×5 garrisions.
thanks for the answer 😀 do you think expecting to make 500g per day on all alts on garrison misions is too much? (assuming i log in to resend misions 2 or 3 times a day for each alt) or what do you think its the number to expect? ty
my accountant addon is showing I made 6280 from 2 days of garrison work, which does NOT include
value of trangmog and greenie items
value of items crafted from small buildings
value of herbs, ore gathered in garrison
value of garrison resources that I turned into draenic dust
value of increasing my ilevel and followers ilvl for increased success in future
Why not keep a note of your garrison income this week, and then try and improve it next week?
